Refund & Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION

To guarantee accommodation availability, please make a reservation in advance over the phone or online. To receive the confirmed reservation, a cash advance deposit or online payment is required. Review our cancellation policy before making any reservations. Online rates are subject to change until the confirmation voucher is created. In general, the rates are dynamic. No other rate, higher or cheaper, is available once you have chosen a rate and completed the purchase; additionally, no return is permitted.

The confirmed room rate, projected taxes, and estimated fees are all included in the anticipated cost of the stay. You are responsible for paying any additional costs resulting from changes in taxes, fees, cess, etc., as the actual taxes, fees, and cess that were in effect at the time of your stay may differ from the estimates. Conversions between currencies are approximations that are given solely for informational purposes. The local currency of the Haveli will be used to pay the bill at check-out for the stay. If it seems, in the Haveli's sole discretion, that a guest is involved in dishonest, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, or if the reservation was made dishonestly, maliciously, or by accident, we reserve the right to change or cancel the reservation.

Please show the Haveli reservation confirmation voucher when you check in, along with a valid credit card for any incidental or additional fees, a valid passport, a valid PAN card, an Election Identity Card, a valid driver's license, or any other photo ID card issued by the federal or state government. All sales and promotions are non-refundable and have limited fares. Changes to the Haveli reservation are not permitted for certain promotions or discount rates. When making a reservation, please review the rate restrictions. Limited inventory is available on certain room types exclusively on a first-come, first-served basis under all promotions and special rates.

Without giving any warning, Padmaa retains the right to cancel and/or modify the offer or sale. Any other services and amenities that are not included in this package will only be accessible for a fee. No other deal, promotion, or incentive offered by Padmaa or any other third party's loyalty program may be coupled with this one. At its discretion and without additional obligation, the Haveli will provide a substitute standard Haveli or room type if the pre-booked accommodation is not available upon arrival. Except for reservations that have been confirmed and paid for in advance, rates are subject to change at any time and for special events. Depending on the lodging cost and services selected, all charges are subject to the current local taxes.

OCCUPANCY

Normal occupancy permits a maximum of two people per room. An additional person (if room size permits) is charged extra as per the prevalent rate of the Haveli.

DEPOSIT/ ONLINE PAYMENT

The deposit / online payment is to be paid in advance equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay to get the confirmed reservation. We accept deposits only against the Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact Haveli’s Reservations. Corporate reservations need to be secured by a company credit card. For any alternate mode of payment, please contact Haveli’s Reservation. Group bookings of four or more rooms require a cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in the cancellation & early checkout policy.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY CHECKOUT POLICY

Make sure to notify the Haveli reservation in writing of any changes to your plans to receive a return of your money. The following are the guidelines in this regard: The Internet Booking Engine will automatically handle requests for changes or cancellations for reservations made online. Any necessary refunds must be processed via the system in compliance with the relevant cancellation and modification policies. If a reservation is changed, there can be a fee difference based on the rate for the new date and room type and availability. The same payment method or card that was used for the initial reservation can be utilized to cover any additional fees or rate differences for the updated reservation.

Please be assured that once an online reservation has been changed or cancelled through Haveli's sales office or reservations office, it cannot be changed or cancelled online. Only the issuing travel agent may handle a refund for a reservation made by the travel agent; refunds cannot be processed online. If a non-cancellable reservation is cancelled, the client will not receive a return for the money they spent to make the reservation. There are limitations and no perks associated with certain room kinds and pricing. You can reserve the room or rooms available on www.jaypeeHavelis.com without any benefits or limits if you would prefer not to choose restricted pricing and types. You are responsible for paying the full amount of the confirmed reservation if you check out early.

If you have any questions about the policy, ask the Haveli. Please be aware that when multiple rooms are reserved, all of the rooms are counted as "reserved nights." For instance, reserving two (2) rooms for four (4) nights would result in eight (8) reserved nights; therefore, the appropriate cancellation time for these eight (8) reserved nights is 72 hours.

REFUND POLICY

It will take two (2) to four (4) weeks for the refund processing to appear on your credit card account if a refundable reservation is cancelled. Your credit card company's billing cycle and the bank's processing time are the basis for the given processing time. The Haveli's cancellation policy, the time of cancellation, processing fees, and other variables all affect the refund. See the above-mentioned cancellation policy for further information. If the reservation is not confirmed, we will promptly refund the full amount that was held on your credit card and not charge you anything. The bank will still need two to four weeks to process the return after we do this.

CHECK IN

2:00 PM is the standard check-in time. Please call for details on how to arrive after 6 PM if you are running late. Check-in time for the Padmaa is 3:00 PM. The check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and check-out are only possible with previous agreements, meaning they are contingent upon availability and require prior notification and confirmation.

MODIFICATION

Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of making such a request.

CHILDREN AND INFANTS

Children under 5 years old remain free of charge with their parents if they don't need an extra bed. Children from 5-12 will incur additional fees. Children who are older than 12 will be considered young adults and will be subject to the standard reservation fees.

NON-ARRIVAL TO THE Haveli (NO SHOW)

The Haveli will instantly cancel your entire reservation and charge you for the full amount if you do not show up on the scheduled arrival date. Please get in touch with us immediately to reserve the accommodation for the remaining nights if you are unable to check in on the first date but still intend to stay at the Haveli. Otherwise, as previously stated, the entire reservation will be automatically cancelled, and there will be no reimbursement.

SHORTENED STAY (EARLY CHECK-OUT)

Whether you choose to remain full-time or not, the entire period price will apply to your shortened stay. Should your plans change, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to reduce the Haveli's cancellation fee.
